Shipping Policy

When will my order be processed?

We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders will be processed the next business day from the order date and shipped the next business day after the processing day.

Where do you ship from?

All packages are shipped from our warehouse in Barcelona, Spain.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once the order is placed, please allow 1 to 2 business days for it to be processed (If any product in your order is on "Reserve" the shipping date will be indicated in the description of the product in question), once processed, the transit time will depend on whether you have selected Fedex to deliver the order or our general carrier:

If you have chosen Fedex shipping, delivery time is 1 to 3 business days, depending on the destination country and the service chosen (Priority or Economy).

If you have not selected Fedex, these are the delivery times, counted in working days, depending on the country:

  • Australia: Delivery in 12 days.
  • Austria: Delivery in 8-10 days.
  • Argentina: Delivery in 14 days.
  • Belgium: Delivery in 4-5 days.
  • Canada: Delivery in 12 days.
  • Chile: Delivery in 17 days.
  • Denmark: Delivery in 9-10 days.
  • Finland: Delivery in 8-10 days.
  • France: Delivery in 5-6 days.
  • Germany: Delivery in 6-7 days.
  • Ireland: Delivery in 13-15 days.
  • Italy: Delivery in 5 days.
  • Japan: Delivery in 9 days.
  • Mexico: Delivery in 15 days.
  • Norway: Delivery in 6 days.
  • New Zealand: Delivery in 12 days.
  • Netherlands: Delivery in 6 days.
  • Poland: Delivery in 11-12 days.
  • Portugal: Delivery in 3-4 days.
  • Sweden: Delivery in 11-12 days.
  • Spain: Delivery in 2-3 days.
  • United Kingdom: Delivery in 7 days.
  • United States: Delivery in 14 days.

Please note that the delivery time may be affected by external influences and for reasons beyond our control.

Also in times of high demand such as Black Friday and Christmas, the preparation of orders and transits to destination may be delayed.

What is insured shipping and signature confirmation?

This shipment at the time of delivery of the package is required to be signed by the recipient to ensure a safer delivery, also we insure the package protecting it from the following:

  • Delivery not received
  • Lost in transit

I made a mistake in the address, what should I do?

The customer must write the address correctly, if you write the wrong address by mistake or omission of data and the package is not delivered, we are not responsible for sending a new one and there is no right of refund.

If the order has not been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible so we can change the address before it is shipped.
