Shipping Policy

  • We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders will be processed the next business day from the order date and shipped the next business day after the processing day.

  • Orders for Europe and most international destinations are shipped from our warehouse in Barcelona, Spain. Orders within the United States are shipped from our US fulfillment center.

  • Once the order is placed, please allow 1 to 2 business days for it to be processed, once processed, the transit time in business days will depend on the country of destination:

    Please note that the delivery time may be affected by external influences and for reasons beyond our control.

    Also in times of high demand such as Black Friday and Christmas, the preparation of orders and transits to destination may be delayed.

  • The customer must write the address correctly, if you write the wrong address by mistake or omission of data and the package is not delivered, in this case we are not responsible for sending a new one and there is no right to refund.

    If the order has not been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible so we can change the address before it is shipped.
