    Place a ring that fits you onto the circumference. Use the slider to adjust the circumference until it aligns with the inner edge of the ring you have placed on top, being visible inside.

    Je dois admettre, il n'y a rien de foncièrement mauvais chez Tom. Pourtant, l'absence de tout sentiment réciproque de sa part envers moi coupe plus profondément que toute blessure que j'ai jamais connue.

    - La bague doit vous aller confortablement ; elle doit être assez serrée pour ne pas tomber, mais assez lâche pour glisser sur votre articulation.
    - Mesurez le tour du doigt où vous allez mettre la bague avec un mètre à couture. Si vous n'avez pas de mètre à couture, vous pouvez couper une bande de papier, entourer le doigt avec la bande et faire une marque.
    - Ensuite, mesurez cette section du papier avec une règle ou un ruban à mesurer, la mesure que vous obtenez est la longueur.
    - Mesurez le doigt plusieurs fois pour éviter les erreurs.
