Please note that the delivery time may be affected by external influences and for reasons beyond our control.

Also in times of high demand such as Black Friday and Christmas, the preparation of orders and transits to destination may be delayed.

The customer must write the address correctly, if you write the wrong address by mistake or omission of data and the package is not delivered, in this case we are not responsible for sending a new one and there is no right to refund.

If the order has not been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible so we can change the address before it is shipped.

All packages are shipped from our warehouse in Barcelona, Spain.

It means that we insure the package by protecting it from the following:

• Delivery not received
• Lost in transit

It is a guarantee that if you order, you receive it.
