ORDERS
  • HAS MY ORDER BEEN PROCESSED CORRECTLY IF I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

    If the payment method you used to place the order has been charged, but you haven't received the confirmation email, don't worry, your order has been processed correctly.

    To find the confirmation email, check your spam folder, check that you have entered your email address correctly and if you still haven't received it, write us at info@kuurth.com so we can help you.

  • CAN I MODIFY THE PRODUCTS IN MY ORDER?

    Modifications can be made to items as long as the order has not been shipped. To do so, please contact us at info@kuurth.com so we can help you.

  • CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
    • If your order has not yet been shipped, there is no problem to cancel your order and we will refund the full amount.

     

    • If your order is already on its way, it cannot be cancelled, you will have to process a return.

    Changes in the shipping address can be made as long as the order has not been shipped.

  • HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

    All orders with the exception of orders containing a "Pre-order" product are prepared the next business day from the order confirmation date, and shipped the next business day. This may vary during sales or promotional seasons. Orders containing "Pre-order" products have a specific preparation time that is communicated during the checkout process.

  • HOW CAN I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?

    When your order is shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number along with this link so you can track your order.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
  • IN WHICH CASE CAN I MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

    To be able to make an exchange or a return, the following conditions must be met:

    - The products to be returned must be within the deadline for exchanges and returns. This period is 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order.

    - The products to be returned must be in perfect condition and must not have been used.

    In the event that the returned product is not in perfect condition, Kuurth reserves the right to make a partial refund of the amount of the product.

  • HOW CAN I MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

    After filling it you will receive an email with all the steps to follow.

  • WHAT IS THE COST OF A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

    If the reason for the return or exchange is because you are not satisfied with the products or you want to change the size, you will have to pay the return or exchange shipping costs.

    If the reason for the return or exchange is due to a fault in the product, you must contact us the same day of receipt of the package to the following email: info@kuurth.com, our customer service team will evaluate your case and offer you a solution if appropriate.

  • HOW AND WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

    Once we receive the returned products and check the condition of the products, if they are in perfect condition:

    • The corresponding refund will be made which you will receive within 1 to 3 working days in the same payment method with which you placed your order.

     

    • And in the case of exchanges, the new shipment of the exchanged products will be processed the next business day.
